Q. I can't access McTime, Learning, Employee discounts, the Orientation or Fantasy Football pages and I get this error?
A. You'll need to make sure you are in the HRaT database and if you have moved restaurant, please ask the restaurant you have moved from to remove you from the system.

Q. How do I register for ourlounge.co.uk?
A. You need to log on to the website www.ourlounge.co.uk from any internet enabled PC. Go to the 'New to ourlounge' area of the website on the right hand side of the front page. You need to register with the same email address you used through the recruitment process e.g name, email address, restaurant number and then the same or a new password. Your password is case-sensitive and must be 7 -15 characters long, containing at least one number and upper case letter, e.g. Abcdef1 or 123456F
Q. I have tried to register for ourlounge.co.uk but it won't let me, why?
A. You have either not waited 24 hours to register, consequently the system does not recognise your details or the details that you have entered do not match those used in the recruitment process.
Q. I have tried to register for ourlounge.co.uk but it won't let me and has sent an email to the restaurant for approval, what should I do now?
A. Your details have been sent to the restaurant for approval, we will check your details at the restaurant and send you a registration confirmation once your details are approved.
Q. I have registered for ourlounge.co.uk but I cannot log in. I have been sent a password reminder but I still cannot log in to the website. Why can't I log in?
A. If your account hasn't been used for 150 days or more, your account will be locked an automatic email will be sent to your restaurant, please ask your restaurant to reinstate your account. Check your password is exactly the same as the one you have been sent, your password is case-sensitive and must be 7 -15 characters long, containing at least one number and upper case letter, e.g. Abcdef1 or 123456F.
Q. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
A. You need to enter your email address in the 'Forgotten Password' part of the website on the right hand side of the front page. Your password will be emailed to you so make sure you use a valid email address.
Q. I've requested a new password, but I'm still waiting, what do I do?
A. passwords are sent instantly so please check your Junk/Spam mail folder.
Q. I can log in to ourlounge.co.uk but I am unable to access McTime. How do I access McTime?
A. In order for you to access McTime, your manager needs to enter your email address into the CaMS database,

Q. I can access McTime, but it's going to my old restaurant's McTime page?
You'll need to ask the restaurant you have moved from to remove you from the system.

Q. I have changed the email address I use for ourlounge.co.uk, can I just create a new account?
A. No, please don't create a new account as you will lose any learning you have started, any cash back through employee discounts and your learning record, including your Food and Restaurant safety records. Please update your email address by clicking on your name in the top left hand corner on the homepage and please ask your Manager to change your email address in HRaT.
Q. I can log in to ourlounge.co.uk and my details are entered in to CaMS but I still can't access McTime. How do I access McTime?
A. Firstly, make sure the email address you have entered into CaMS is the same address you used to register on ourlounge.co.uk Secondly, if you have moved restaurant you'll need to make sure you are in the HRaT database and if you have moved restaurant, please ask the restaurant you have moved from to remove you from the system.

NB. Currently if you are a Franchisee or Operations Hierarchy you cannot access McTime. This is a security feature to allow access to active employees. The next version of McTime will allow super user access, we will let you know as soon as it is ready.
Q. I am a manager that can log in to McTime but cannot access the administration section of McTime?
A. To access the administration section of McTime you will need to set up access rights in CaMS, to do this:- - Go into CaMS > Managers Schedule > Maintenance Menu > Maintain Access Control - Scroll across to find McTime and then set yourself "Full" access rights to the admin section of McTime
Q. Will an employee be able to access McTime once they have been terminated?
A. An employee will still be active and able to login after being terminated until the first time somebody goes to CaMS or HRaT for the first time after the close of the time recorder after the employee is terminated, If you terminate someone and don't go into CaMS or HRaT for several days they will still be able to use McTime
