How about? suggestion scheme

Welcome to the How about? suggestion scheme. This is where you can turn your bright ideas into real rewards.

Have you got an idea that will make McDonald's even better? Have you had a brainwave for a new product? Or something that will make one of our existing products even fresher? Perhaps you've thought of a way of improving our service? Or maybe you've a plan that will help us bring the best out of our people? You don't need to have a completely new idea, it could just be an improvement to something we are already doing.  If we decide to take your idea forward for review, you'll receive High Street vouchers worth £25 . And if your idea gets rolled out, you'll get another reward that reflects the value of your brainwave to the business. And now there’s even more reason to get your thinking caps on.  We will be picking out completely at random 3 of the ideas submitted each month for an on-the-spot reward of £25 vouchers.

The scheme is open to every company employee.  You could be working in our restaurants, within one of our franchises or in a support department.  It won’t take you long to complete our form, we already have your name and e-mail address from your log in details so wherever you're based, let's hear that bright idea.

Your idea will be processed by the How About? team and sent for review by the group of people responsible for that area of our business.  Keep a close eye on the site. We'll be posting details of ideas that are going live here – and the rewards they've attracted – so watch this space.
